On the up again : June and July passenger counts found XNA climbing for the first time since late 2008.

Finally, a sense of normalcy. Through its first 10 years of operation, the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport posted incredible numbers. Passenger counts were constantly on the up, and the Highfill-based facility appeared invincible.

Rebecca Gwatney, wife of Bill Gwatney who was shot and killed in his office at the Democratic Party Headquarters in Little Rock on Aug. 13, 2008.
