2 rehired retirees focus of inquiry

Teacher system to see if law met

The Arkansas Teacher Retirement System is investigating whether two employees, including Pine Bluff Superintendent Frank Anthony, complied with a state law requiring them to "terminate" employment for 30 days before receiving pensions and then returning to work, the system's director said Wednesday.
