Alex, Anthony and Aaron Turley died in April after their mother's car ran into Brewer Lake, 13 miles off Arkansas 92.
The mother of three little boys who drowned when her car went down an unbarricaded road and plunged into Brewer Lake told police she fell asleep at the wheel, court documents show.
