Quarry appealing permit denial to Quorum Court

The Rogers Group, a company that produces crushed stone headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., will attempt to convince the Washington County Quorum Court it should be allowed to expand its quarry operation near Wedington Woods after failing to convince the county Planning Board last month.
