U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, in the middle of a 11-day tour of Africa, was asked by a Congolese university student in Kinshasa what her husband, former President Clinton, thought on an international matter, and she retorted, "My husband is not secretary of state. I am. ... I am not going to be channeling my husband."
