Hunter-education class offered

On Saturday, the Benton County Chapter of Quail Unlimited will host its annual hunter-education course. The 10-hour class will start at 8 a.m. There is no pre-registration required, but sign-ins are at 7:30 a.m. The class is taught by hunter education professionals and is open for anyone, however it is recommended students be at least 11 years of age, since all training material is based on a fifth-grade understanding level. There is no charge for the class. Lunch and soft drinks will be provided.
