Accused bank robber faces life

A Rogers man faces the possibility of life in prison if convicted of bank robbery. Anthony Timothy Barnes, 31, is charged with two counts of aggravated robbery, a class Y felony, and theft of property, a class B felony. If convicted, Barnes could receive a sentence of 10 to 40 years or life in prison on each of the class Y felonies. The class B felony carries a punishment ranging from five to 20 years.
