Pensions and pay for pals

Pensions for pals are an Arkansas tradition of long standing, but it's getting ridiculous. Actually, it's already moved from ridiculous to outrageous. I've lost count of the number of elected and other public officials who have "retired," only to return to work as soon as their retirement benefits kicked in.
