UA student crowned Miss Arkansas Sarah Slocum, Miss Ouachita River, was crowned Miss Arkansas and awarded a $20,000 scholarship provided by Ted and Shannon Boy Skokos (Miss Arkansas 1992) and $50,000 in wardrobe, transportation, gifts and more.
