After pair of oaths, Sotomayor officially joins U.S. high court

Sonia Sotomayor is congratulated Saturday by Chief Justice John Roberts after taking the oath to become the nation's first Hispanic Supreme Court justice. She is joined by her brother, Juan Luis Sotomayor, and her mother, Celina Sotomayor.

Sonia Sotomayor took the judicial oath Saturday, becoming the first Hispanic and the third woman on the Supreme Court.
