Cecilia Neaville, 90, of Rogers,Ark., died Tuesday,Aug. 4, 2009.A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday,Aug. 8, at the First United Methodist Church in Rogers. Andreana Louise Nibbe, 32, of Rogers,Ark., died Sunday,Aug. 2, 2009.
