Two retired judges to fill Mashburn's seat for now

Governor hasn't named appointment for circuit judge retiring Monday

Two retired circuit judges have been appointed to temporarily fill the vacancy created by the resignation of 4th Judicial Circuit Judge Michael Mashburn, who serves both Washington and Madison counties.
