Dick Johnson and FHS part ways

In April Fayetteville School District assistant superintendent and athletic director Dick Johnson - who has the ability to rally and inspire a crowd at the drop of a hat - was called out as the top athletic director in this state by the Arkansas High School Athletic Administrators Association. Multiple state championships have been captured by the Purple Dogs across the sports spectrum since the former football coach took over the role of AD in 1992.
