Puppy mill story has happy ending

Over the course of four years, almost all the dogs have been adopted

Chubbs, left, and Bongo are the only two beagles still needing a home after being rescued from a puppy mill four years ago, according to Bella Vista Animal Shelter Director Donna Miles.

Four years ago, many hearts throughout the county went to the dogs after more than 60 beagles were seized from a home near Centerton.
