Hitting relative Clare Starr, 32, of 2738 W. White Oak in Fayetteville was arrested Aug. 6 on a felony charge of second-degree domestic battery. Starr is accused of hitting a relative across the face on June 12 with a flashlight. Fleeing Joshua Howard Callahan, 26, of 2300 Cottonwood in Springdale was arrested Aug. 7 on a felony charge of fleeing. Possession of drugs Regina Suzanne Pichoff, 22, of 6004 S. 36th St. in Rogers was arrested Aug. 6 on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.
