Hillary Clinton vows more help for Somali government

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton promised more U.S. assistance to bolster Somalia's fragile government Thursday, calling it "the best hope we've had in quite some time for a return to stability" in the volatile Horn of Africa nation.
