Harrington jumps out to 2-shot lead

Padraig Harrington hits from the sand to the sixth hole during Thursday's first round of the Bridgestone Invitational at Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio. Harrington leads the tournament at 6-under par.
Padraig Harrington never allowed himself to get down during the worst of times, whether he was missing five consecutive cuts or finishing toward the bottom of the leaderboard.
