Skoch: Too many 'walked away' from Constitution
Retired general to challenge Boozman for congressional seat

Retired Brig. Gen. Bernard Skoch is running for Congress from northwest Arkansas, in large part, to help reverse what he sees as a disturbing trend - a lack of respect for the U.S. Constitution, he said.
