Sen. Bill Nelson of Florida said in Washington that the key to finding the remains of Navy Capt. Michael "Scott" Speicher, who was missing since his jet went down on the first night of the 1991 Persian Gulf War, turned out to be an Iraqi nomad who as a child witnessed the pilot's desert burial.
