COMMENTARY: Hayes showed NFL true meaning of fast

Bob Hayes was already Bob Hayes when he introduced himself to Cliff Harris in 1970. Hayes had an Olympic gold medal and the title of "World's Fastest Man." Harris was merely an undrafted rookie from Ouachita Baptist - a long shot trying to make an impression. Harris figured if he could cover Bob Hayes, he could cover anyone. He was right.
