Sue Madison needs to give the lottery a chance

Having enjoyed a couple of days to think about it, I'm still not sure whether to sympathize with our state senator's apparently guilt-stricken conscience, or verbally spank her for not speaking up months ago - you know, before Arkansas residents went to the polls and voted overwhelmingly (including here in Washington County) to create a lottery in November.
