RSSRESIDENTS STILL WAITING: Federal Agency Delays Lawsuit Payments
SPRINGDALE — The suit took six years to wind through the courts, but a $2.6 million settlement was approved Feb. 18. The settlement, approved by Washington County Circuit Judge Mary Ann Gunn, will go to tenants, residents, occupants and frequent visitors of Springdale Ridge Apartments between April 1, 2001, and Dec. 12, 2004, according to the settlement.
