Exxon Mobil complaint

Two subsidiaries of Exxon Mobil have agreed to pay almost $5 million in government penalties and to take corrective and precautionary actions as a result of an oil spill in Mayflower in 2013, the Justice Department said. The penalties and other requirements are part of a proposed consent decree set to be filed in U.S. District Court in Little Rock on Wednesday, April 22.
